Haritha Sena EcoSense Scholarship

Student Haritha Sena Scholarship - EcoSense 2025 is a project jointly run by the Department of General Education and the Department of Local Self-Government. The aim of the project is to ensure a sense of cleanliness and a commitment and attitude towards sustainable development in the community and to instill a scientific waste management attitude among students regarding waste disposal and environmental protection. The project aims to provide scholarships and certificates to students and to recognize schools that perform well.

Order for Treasury Account to Implementing Officers Allowing payment to beneficiaries/vendors by way of treasury chequesClarification issued.

This orders says that

. If the Implementing Officer is not having

any treasury account, a non interest bearing special TSB account is

permitted for this purpose. No separate order for opening such

accounts is necessary for this purpose. The DDO/Implementing Officer

can issue treasury cheques for subsequent payments from this

account subject to the general guidelines on withdrawals from TSB

accounts.

Government by their Order GO(Rt) No 4916-2015-Fin dated 19-05-2015 issued the first instalment of Fund for Expansion and Development (26 Pages)

As recommended by the Fourth State Finance Commission a Fund is earmarked for Development Fund for the Year 2015-16 to the Local Governments. Allotment for this amount is to be issued in three instalments (March, July and December). These funds are to be spent before 31st March of the Financial Year.

The Treasury officers shall treat this order as an allotment letter only when received with the digital signature of the Director of Treasuries through Treasury Intranet only.

The drawal of funds from the consolidated fund as per this allotment will be allowed only after exhausting the funds available in the concerned Public Account.

The head of Account from which the amount is to be drawn for each tier of Local Governments is given the Annex of this G.O.

Secretaries of Local Governments shall draw the amount from the revenue head of account by producing fully vouched contingent bills.

Implementing officers should produce, the contingent bills along with the allotment letter issued by the Secretary of the LSGI.

This Order gives us some details about our establishment matters.

This orders says that our representatives will get honorarium even if they are on leave upto six months with the permission of Panchayaths.

They can avail the honorarium even if they are getting income from other sources including that of Government.

The orders says the Vice President in charge of President can get the honorarium of president for the period of taken charge.

Sulekha Micro Sector Codes

Sulekha software is developed by IKM for the use of Panchayaths in Kerala to Prepare Projects under People's Plan.

This software make use of microsector codes. There are more than 1,000 codes which are often used in Sulekha.

The micro sector codes are listed in these files.

First file released for 2013-14.
It contains upto serial number 1009 .
But there are some numbers missing between them.
