Haritha Sena EcoSense Scholarship

Student Haritha Sena Scholarship - EcoSense 2025 is a project jointly run by the Department of General Education and the Department of Local Self-Government.  The aim of the project is to ensure a sense of cleanliness and a commitment and attitude towards sustainable development in the community and to instill a scientific waste management attitude among students regarding waste disposal and environmental protection. The project aims to provide scholarships and certificates to students and to recognize schools that perform well.

Haritha Sena EcoSense Scholarship

Order for Treasury Account to Implementing Officers Allowing payment to beneficiaries/vendors by way of treasury chequesClarification issued.

 This orders says that

. If the Implementing Officer is not having

any treasury account, a non interest bearing special TSB account is

permitted for this purpose. No separate order for opening such

accounts is necessary for this purpose. The DDO/Implementing Officer

can issue treasury cheques for subsequent payments from this

account subject to the general guidelines on withdrawals from TSB

accounts.
